I finally got a charger for my laptop! Woop woop!!!
Did you miss me? I bet you did……….. not! Haha.
Well, here’s the run down. Broke my charger. New one cost too much money so I had to wait until now to buy it.
I have lots to tell. Apparently I started writing a seriously deep post when my laptop died. Sooooo, you have that to look forward to. Another installment in the Stories Of My Life posts. This one from when I ran away and why I shouldn’t be writing this right here. Right now.
Also, there are some serious pictures that need to be posted. Christmas was a fantastic epidemic in my house and at my mother’s.
What else……. Oh yeah I have to catch up on my Weekly Recap posts and maybe even catch up on the In My Neighborhood Tuesday posts.
Regardless, I have a lot to catch up on now that I have my computer back. I swear I wasn’t ignoring anyone.
Oh and by the way, I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and Happy Holidays!! =)

For the last 23 years, I have been blessed with one amazing person.
Someone who gave me life.
Showed me love.
Watched me grow.
Someone who has always been there for me, even in my darkest hour.
She shouldn’t have always had to be there for me, with all that I put her through.
She is my Mother, and at 23 years of age, I am not ashamed to admit I still call her “Mommy.”
Today is for her. For being the absolute AMAZING woman that she has been, that she is now, and that she will continue to be.
My mom has become one of my best friends over the years. Even though there was a time in my life that I disliked her very much. You know that time in your life - when you thought you knew it all, but your Mom really knew better, and you despised her for that. *laughs*
I cannot imagine growing up without my Mom. To be quite honest, I don’t know what I’d ever do without her. She is such a large part of my life, I would just be lost without her.
For a long time, she has played Mom and Dad, when mine disappeared.
My Mom rocks. Not to say yours doesn’t, but my Mom is pretty gosh darn awesome!
Dear Mommy,
You are amazing. I love you. ♥
While I may not say these things everyday, I think them more often than that.
Thank you.
For everything that you have done for me.
For what you have done to keep me, Will, Cyd, and Dalton as safe and happy as possible.
For keeping food on the table, a roof over our head, and clothes on our backs.I hope you have never felt under-appreciated, unloved, or as if you aren’t doing a good enough job.
I couldn’t ask for a better Mother. You are stupendous!
Love,
Sissy
While driving to soccer practice, daycare, or even grandma’s house, the last thing you want is to get into a car accident. Fearing for your own safety is one thing, but what if you have your children in the car?
As a mother, my children’s safety has always been, and will always be my number one concern. With Safety 1st Air Protect carseats, you are sure to get just that – safety. Using technology that has been designed to give more protection to children when involved in a crash, this carseat is worth the extra investment.
We all know that a child’s head is the most vulnerable part of their fragile little bodies. Well, through the precise release of air, Air Protect extends ride-down, or the amount of time it takes to slow down a child’s movement in a crash. Specifically, their head and neck region.
Not only that, but this carseat can be rear-facing, front-facing, and will fit your child from birth until they no longer need a carseat.
You can buy a Safety 1stAir Protect carseat from Walmart, Babies’R’Us, Sears, or Target.
Or, you can win one right here. Safety 1st is giving away one of their Air Protect carseats to one lucky reader.

I am SOS’ing here, lovies!
I need some serious help!
May 11th Justin and I will be boarding a plane with Ariana for the first time ever.
Normally I wouldn’t even bother taking her on a plane. Hell, Konnor has never been on a plane before in his life. However, Justin’s family is not a car ride away, like Konnor’s. Therefore, we have no choice. So we are flying across the country.
Not only are we flying across the country, but we will have close to a 2-hour layover in Chicago. Yikes!
So please give me some tips! What can I expect? What should I bring? Toys, food, formula? Ariana will be 11 months when we travel. She is going to be a lap baby and hopefully a good one at that.
Tips, tricks, ideas……
I bought an umbrella stroller and plan to buy a baby carrier so she won’t wiggle so much on the plane itself.
If you have ANYTHING, I would greatly appreciate it!!!
