This week was total fail, people.
I gained a POUND!!!!!!
How did this happen!?!?!? I’m so embarrassed right now. Ugh!
I had 310 minutes of exercise. Between hiking and tennis, there was a lot of cardio in my week!
Today is my “cheat day” and I am taking full advantage of such! I ate teriyaki chicken for lunch and munched on a few chocolate covered pretzels for snack. Ha~!
My new daily medication for my migraines promote weight loss. Score! So I am figuring that with the Mirena causing weight gainand the migraine meds causing weight loss, I might be on a level playing field again.
Anyways, onto the factual stuff.
Official weigh-in 4/30/2010 – 167
Difference – +1 pound. YUCK!!!!!!!!
Goal for 5/7/2010: 3lbs
Goal for 5/7/2100 (exercise): 300 minutes
Kelly and I are planning another hike this weekend, and I just bought a Biggest Loser workout DVD. I’m determined. *sigh* I have to be!
Tip of the week:: Do not get discouraged!! Even though I gained a pound, I will not give up hope. Honestly, for about an hour, I was mad and pissed off, but then I realized it’s just ONE week. Life goes on.
